Personal well-being is the existence pillar of life. It is something sought by just about everyone, because it is the morale, the basis to many positive outcomes such as feeling happy, healthy, socially connected, and purposeful.

Personal well-being here refers to the physical, emotional and social well-being to carry on basic day-to-day living. We mean typical food and diet, health and fitness, learning and knowledge, relationship with family and friends, social interactions as well as leisure to the level which one is able to afford without hardship.

Albeit basic day-to-day living varies widely across demographics and societies. Hence, products and services and consumption levels and qualities span a wide spectrum. The personal well-being of one can be the fulfilment of self of another.

the wisdom of blood is thicker than water is unfortunately often realised only during difficult times

the most fundamental in a lasting relationship is mutual trust, hence, time is not of the essence

love at first sight or dislike at first sight are both real; growing to dislike or like over time is even more real, and is the real test of relationship

the distinction of personal and social relationship is not as literal as what it seems, exercise caution  

relationship is the most complex and non-teachable of personal well-being, hence more about counselling than coaching

ensure completing basic education

life-long learning is a must but applying knowledge and experiences are what really matter

experiential learning is the best, either learning on the job, apprenticing or from coaches

there is no good knowledge without real life practising and gaining from the experiences

real life practices and experiences cannot be bought but can be leased or shared from willing practitioners

guidance from a good practitioner or coach with life experiences is about the best form to achieve actualisation 

health is a good state of physical, mental and social well-being; not just the absence of illness;  fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment.

keeping basic health and fitness is easy but many are not doing so due to sedentary and indoor lifestyle 

getting outside to interact with nature for the fresh air and doing simple breathing, stretching and aerobic activities is a good way to maintain basic health and fitness

there are abundant health and fitness tips available on social media for you to choose what suits you.

engage a coach if lack self-discipline or want better results

world food waste is about 1.4b tons, enough to feed 2b people each year

world hunger is about 8.9% of world's population, 690m go to bed on an empty stomach each night. 

the food wasted is more than enough to totally eliminate world hunger  

for all age groups, eat simply but nutritionally balanced

taste is acquired, what you like or do not like can be changed

dieting is eating what you like but in a controlled manner. 

not having enough to eat is poverty while unhealthy eating is more a symptom of affluence, not affordability

engage a coach if lack self-discipline or want better results
